However, if your financial situation has been impacted by the pandemic, you may not be in a position to make a large down payment or be locked into long-term financing contracts for bigger investments.
Rent to Own gives you the flexibility to make payments over time while you are using the structure and gain full ownership at the end of your rental purchase agreement. However, if you are unable to complete the payments on the rental purchase agreement, you can return the unit without penalty.
