Heartland Capital Investments — Client Notifications Program

Program Description

Heartland Capital Investments ("HCI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Heartland Capital Investments Client Notifications SMS program to send account-related text messages to existing clients who have opted in during the HCI client application process.

Message types sent under this program include:

  • Account notifications and updates
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Document request notifications
  • Payment reminders for advisory fees and invoices
  • Payment confirmations
  • Responses to client service inquiries
  • Office closure and general service announcements

This is not a marketing or promotional program. Messages are limited to service-related communications tied to your active client relationship with HCI.


Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from HCI by checking the SMS consent box during the HCI client application process and providing a valid mobile phone number. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying for or receiving any HCI service.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service needs. You may receive messages as infrequently as once per month or more often during periods of active service activity (for example, around appointments, document exchanges, or billing cycles).


Cost

Message and data rates may apply. HCI does not charge for SMS messages sent under this program, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from the program at any time. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send any further SMS messages to your number under this program.

You may also opt out by updating your communication preferences in your client portal or by contacting HCI directly using the support information above.


Supported Carriers

This program is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Privacy

HCI takes your privacy seriously. Information collected as part of this SMS program — including your mobile phone number and consent status — is used solely to deliver the service messages described above and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Changes to These Terms

HCI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time without notice. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
